The New Student Services/Family Outreach Team is excited to welcome you to Western!

New Student Services/Family Outreach (NSSFO) fosters student learning and development by supporting new students and family members in their transition to the academic, personal, and social experience of WWU.

For students, we offer academic advising and orientation programs and resources based on your student type (First-Year, Transfer, Post-Bacc) and which quarter you are entering Western. For parents and family members, the NSSFO office also supports year-round communications such as monthly e-newsletters and calendars, family orientation programs, and an annual family weekend event in the Fall for students and families to have some fun together.
