Out-Of-State Student Dinner

Western Washington University host new out-of-state students and families for a dinner each year on the Saturday before Fall quarter begins. The dinner provides an opportunity for students and families to gather with others from their home state while enjoying a meal and a brief presentation together. Invitation will be sent to incoming out-of-state students in August 2019. Reservations are required to attend and limited to 2 family members with each student. Returning students are not eligible.
Reservation is open August 23 - September 13, 2019*
*Capacity is limited to 480 attendees at which time reservations will be closed.

Please note: Students who wish to move in early to the residence halls on Saturday, September 21 must also sign up for Early Arrival. Students must check in and attend the dinner to be eligible for the fee waiver.
